Unlike the main EB2000 YahooGroup, EB2000 discussion YahooGroups are intended to facilitate email-based discussions on specific subject areas.  Subscription to these groups are handled based on relevance and requests.  These YahooGroups are not moderated since members are already pre-selected based on areas of common interest.  

Members can initiate a new EB2000 YahooGroup based on a topic of interest.  All that is required is a statement for discussion and a list of interested members (20~25) willing to engage in a dialogue.  Possible topics are administrative decentralization, judicial reform, privatization of state owned enterprises, development of the energy sector, backward linkages for the garments industry, etc.  For further information send email to info@eb2000.org.
